We take a businesslike approach to all Social Development projects and believe that the following three ingredients are required:
· Structuring the organisation so there is trace-ability and transparency.
· Management of the organisation so there is accountability, especially of the funds given to it.
· Mentoring of key individuals within the organisation for them to better understand the professionalism required to conduct business in the Voluntary Sector in the 21st Century.
We do not believe that Social Development Projects should attract any less able people than business nor do we believe that they should be any less successful, including success in fundraising. We have raised many millions of pounds in grants over the years and are able to involve both Public and Private monies to achieve the goals of Voluntary Organisations.
