We are distinct in may respects from our approach, our values, our indepdendence, our confidentiality, our ethics and our aims. We do not get involved in the politics of a situation but focus entirely on delivery by which we are happy to be judged. Often we are the fresh and enlightened voice - we are not part of the problem but part of the solution.

• We operate equally within the private, public and voluntary sectors and are equipped and comfortable in all three areas.
  
• We are a fully resourced group of professionals, having all achieved recognition in our respective paths and now wishing to apply ourselves to other people's problems. 
• We are comfortable operating on an international level with over ten languages between us and experience in operating in over 60 countries.
  
• We are not risk averse and, indeed, we go where others fear to tread. The more difficult the task is, the greater the challenge for us.       
• We believe in a holistic approach and where necessary would bring in an integration of approaches from the public, private and social sectors if it leads to the best solution. In this respect we are strong advocates of Corporate Social Responsibility and often take risks with our own money. 
• We are comfortable managing the media and have a thorough understanding of the best line to take. 
• We charge fees according to international professional rates, we do not believe in giving half services for half fees. We will, however, show remarkable flexibility and share risks on future outcomes with our clients. 
• We pick and choose our projects and only take on a small percentage of those who approach us; we will not contract ourselves if we do not believe we can deliver.
